  • Yes, because even without DNA I would still be linked with the accusation. Just because you are found innocent does not mean that law enforcement does not keep track of your arrest.

  • I believe firmly in personal rights. But many people are "put in the system" and then released. Their fingerprints are forever on file; and later can be used. I support the collection of DNA not to convict people, but to not convict innocent people.
